D&H CANADA’S PROAV & COLLABORATION OFFERINGS GROW 37% FY24 TO-DATE

- Offerings Like Neat's Videoconferencing Solutions, Microsoft Copilot, & LG's Displays Have Made D&H Canada a Leader in Outfitting the Hybrid Workplace -

HARRISBURG, PA – March 19, 2024 – D&H Canada, a leading provider of technology solutions to the North American channel, announces it is enhancing its focus on a robust portfolio of solutions in the ProAV category. This includes areas such as collaboration, digital signage displays, and videoconferencing, plus services and support, all to accommodate the transforming hybrid workplace. ProAV/collaboration is one of D&H Canada's fastest growing categories, boasting 37% growth this fiscal year to-date (FY 2024 ends April 30). D&H has steadily added sales and technical support specialists in this category and maintains a broad portfolio of pre- and post-sales professional services to support partners throughout the full sales cycle, nationwide. The distributor foresees continued growth in this area as it strengthens its commitment to VARs, MSPs, and integrators in this market.

The distributor's ProAV product focus has included manufacturers like Neat's sophisticated videoconferencing solutions, which unify remote and on-premises workplaces with advanced videoconferencing bars, audio solutions, and display boards for corporate settings. It also includes LG Electronics' line of immersive commercial displays, such as the intelligent MAGNIT MicroLED; and the increasingly popular Direct View LED indoor and outdoor signage solutions that accommodate a format of 100 feet or larger. It also includes ViewSonic's high-performance digital displays, including a unique 135" foldable and moveable Direct View LED display. These offerings allow partners to deploy bespoke, large-scale digital signage systems in a range of physical environments.

D&H is also ramping up its focus on Microsoft Teams and Copilot, helping to educate partners on how they can increase productivity and quality-of-work for their end-users through this AI-assisted, collaborative platform. Copilot is responsible for boosting productivity for 70% of Microsoft 365 users, according to the company's latest reports. Digital assistants like Copilot help to reduce the "digital debt" experienced by many overburdened contemporary workers, who struggle daily with a multitude of complex applications and platforms.

"AI-powered solutions like Copilot are driving a shift in how the world conducts business, streamlining workflows and accelerating efficiency," said Michelle Biase, general manager at D&H Canada. "The hybrid collaborative workplace continues to present opportunities and challenges for our partners. We're here to provide top-flight solutions and consultative, real-world guidance on how to configure and manage these sophisticated systems, creating seamless remote/on-premises environments with groundbreaking capabilities. We've helped many partners stay on the cusp of this transformation, and want to extend that competitive edge to a greater breadth of successful solution providers as the category advances."

D&H Canada offers ProAV solutions from Neat, LG Electronics, Samsung, Logitech, HP Poly, Jabra, NETGEAR, ViewSonic, Legrand, and others, rounding-out an extensive ProAV linecard. The distributor's technicians are certified by organizations such as AVIXA and The Digital Signage Federation.

D&H Canada also launched its first THREAD Technology Roadshow taking place March 20 in Edmonton, at The Westin Edmonton in Alberta. This day-long conference features ProAV vendors including LG, HP Poly, and Jabra, among other D&H Canada manufacturer partners. Seminars are from Cisco, HP, Lenovo, and Micron, plus a business and industry update from General Manager Michelle Biase.
